Our heart is to make mature disciples who know God, have an intimate relationship with Him and His Word, recognize His voice, steward their spiritual gifts, and live with the courage and boldness to run their race.
We equip people to grow in Christ, receive healing and freedom, understand their calling, serve others, and carry the light of Jesus into their families, communities, workplaces, ministries, and the nations.
Then we send them to reproduce what they have received by strengthening others, making disciples, fanning into flame the gifts God has placed within them, and helping keep the fire of devotion burning from one life to another.
To illuminate is to carry the light of Christ and ignite faith, freedom, and purpose in others.
About the Ministry
Illuminate Global Ministries is an online discipleship and mentorship community where people are known, supported, challenged, healed, and equipped to walk with God for themselves.
We believe discipleship is more than receiving information. It is learning together, praying together, asking honest questions, applying the Word, receiving mentorship, confronting unhealthy patterns, and allowing God to bring healing and freedom into every area of life.
Our community gives people a place to do life together through live discipleship gatherings, prayer calls, mentorship, teaching, book discussions, and personal connection. We also meet in person for deeper fellowship, worship, prayer, teaching, and ministry.
We are one Body. We honor one another, love one another, and respect the part God has given each person to play. Each person matters, every gift has purpose, and we grow as every part does its work.

Everything we believe, teach, and practice is rooted in Scripture and submitted to its truth.
The presence and power of the Holy Spirit are central to our culture. We welcome His gifts and leading, including the prophetic, inner healing, and deliverance, while testing everything according to the Word of God.
Our desire is to make biblical truth clear and practical, equipping people to apply it in everyday life and build a faith that remains steady beyond a service, prayer call, or temporary emotional moment.

Community Rhythm
This is not simply a library of content. It is a living community with regular opportunities to pray, learn, receive mentorship, ask questions, and walk out what God is teaching us.
Our discipleship community lives on Skool, where the live teachings, mentorship day, and book club all take place. The Monday women’s prayer call is private and available only to community members. The Wednesday corporate prayer call is on Zoom and open to the general public, whether or not you are part of the community or the ministry.

Live in Skool CommunitySabbath rest is a daily practice for us as we abide in Jesus. As Jesus said in John 15, apart from Him we can do nothing, so we learn to remain in Him every day rather than running on our own strength.
In addition to that daily abiding, we step back as a ministry for the first week of every month. We unplug, fast, and pray. If anything has drifted out of alignment in our relationship with God, this is the week we use to return, refocus, and realign our hearts before Him.
It is also a good week to catch up. Use it to finish assignments, watch teachings you have missed, and give yourself unhurried time in the Word and in focused reading.

Discipleship is not only learning biblical truth. It is allowing that truth to reach the wounded, bound, and hidden places of our lives.
Inner healing and deliverance help individuals prayerfully address emotional wounds, destructive beliefs, recurring cycles, spiritual oppression, and other barriers that may interfere with their growth.
Our desire is to see people receive freedom through Jesus Christ, renew their minds through the Word of God, and become healthy, mature disciples who can run their race unhindered.

These private, prayer-led sessions help individuals receive freedom from spiritual oppression, bondage, emotional wounds, destructive beliefs, and recurring cycles.
Each session lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours and may include repentance, forgiveness, renunciation, inner healing, deliverance prayer, and renewing the mind through the Word of God.
A team of intercessors covers every session in prayer, and an aftercare guide is emailed to you afterward so the freedom you receive is protected and walked out well.

Biblical counseling provides Scripture-based guidance for a present decision, relationship, transition, spiritual concern, or difficult season.
Sessions are private and focused. Together we look honestly at the situation, bring biblical truth to bear on it, and identify practical next steps you can actually take. The goal is clarity and steadiness, not a quick answer.
Counseling can be a single conversation about one specific decision, or an ongoing rhythm through a longer season. You are never locked into a set number of meetings, and we will talk openly about what pace actually serves you.

Life purpose coaching for women.
Renewed Soul Coaching helps women heal from trauma, break toxic cycles and generational patterns, and step fully into who they were made to be. The work addresses trauma and PTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery, identity and inner healing, purpose and calling, self-sabotage and mindset, and leadership and business clarity.
Coaching is offered through one-on-one signature coaching, a twelve week group coaching cohort, focused purpose roadmapping sessions, and self-paced digital workbooks and journals. Every path begins with a free fifteen minute discovery call.

Meet the Founder
Jennifer Jones is a prophetic teacher, mentor, coach, entrepreneur, consultant, marketplace leader, and ministry founder who helps people deepen their relationship with God, recognize His voice, understand their identity, receive healing, and move confidently in their God-given calling.
Her ministry journey began in 2012 with Watch and Pray, a weekly women’s prayer call created to help women grow in prayer and intercession. From there, her work expanded to leading intercessory teams and teaching others about intimacy with the Holy Spirit, hearing the voice of God, the prophetic, spiritual disciplines, and maintaining a consistent fire for the Lord.
Since 2015, Jennifer has counseled, coached, discipled, and mentored both men and women in their spiritual growth, personal development, leadership, and purpose. Her experience spans corporate America, entrepreneurship, consulting, and church leadership, allowing her to bridge the marketplace and ministry while making biblical truth practical for everyday life.
Jennifer disciples and mentors others in the way she once desired to be mentored: with encouragement, honesty, biblical truth, prayer, and room to grow. Her heart is not to create dependence upon herself or the ministry, but to help people know God for themselves, discover their place in the Body of Christ, and confidently run the race He has given them.
Through Illuminate Global Ministries, Jennifer desires to ignite the fire of God in others, help them keep that fire burning, and equip them to carry it into their homes, workplaces, businesses, ministries, communities, and nations. Her prayer is that those she serves will become mature disciples who strengthen others and continue making disciples wherever God sends them.
